AtTheJoy has a strict 30 day cancellation policy. 50% refund up until a week before your stay, and 0% after that. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.Tax and service fee is non-refundable. If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to AtTheJoy within 24 hours of check-in. AtTheJoy will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

Pets: No Cats Allowed.

AtTheJoy is a CAT free establishment. We do allow dogs however you must dispose of their waist in one of the outside garbage cans.
